On amounts over 200 € the International Shipping and free!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Before sending any product to return it, please read carefully our rules and policies for the return: Check that the product falls in the cases provided before sending it physically.

We can process products that are returned without first informing the terms of repayment. If you want to give us back all or part of your order, you must first contact the customer service department at www.fitnessbrand.it and obtain written permission.

Substitutions

The costs of replacing items are charged to the customer.

The returned item must be returned within 14 days after delivery of goods.

Color errors or size

If the color or size of the product is not what you ordered, once the error has been confirmed we will be responsible for replacement and for all shipping costs.
